App Does Not Function

There has been no change to my phone but the app no longer functions.

When I tried to login it said "unknown error." I tried clearing the cache and the data on my phone. That did not resolve the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. At that point the bluetooth search saw my two lights but required me to create a tank. I did that but when I get to the end and click the "complete" button, nothing happens--it will not create the new tank.

So right now I have no control over my two very expensive lights.

I tried both the Android and IOS version and got the same results.

Hi I have the same problem. All my tanks with settings to light, magnetic stirrer and dosing pump just dissapeard.
At least light turned off at the correct time so I guess old settings works. But my app cannot create new tank nor find any devices.

Yo estoy igual. Desde hace unos días funciona muy mal la app. Ahora no em deja entrar. Luces apagadas!!!

Tried to add a tank to add a light on iPhone 16. Also stuck on last of 5 steps and clicking 'Complete' button does nothing.
Login is possible but all of my config and tank history is lost...

Intenté agregar un tanque para agregar una luz en el iPhone 16. También me quedé atascado en el último de los 5 pasos y hacer clic en el botón "Completar" no hace nada.
Es posible iniciar sesión, pero se perdió toda mi configuración y el historial del tanque..

Woke up to the same issue on latest Android. Can't log in, cant reset password, tried Google login, and cant save or access devices.

UNKNOWN ERROR, UNKNOWN ERROR.....constantly.

Seriously disappointed with Chihiro's. We have live plants and animals at stake here. Your servers and app has obviously crashed and nothing is working for anyone.

more than a hour since first report and not an @Administrator in sight..... i have 13 lamps, very expensive plants, and they are at risk....

My Tanks disappeared from within the app .Cant complete new tank setup , even tried adding the devices again ,but it requires a tank to be setup.Seems to get stuck on step 5 and does nothing when trying to complete the setup. .Tried via IOS and iPhone .Even reinstalled app ,rebooted phone , cleared cache and data .Still hangs on step 5 .
