I have a WRGBII 90, after a few years of use I have a problem, the green diodes are constantly lit, they cannot be turned off. Can I get some help, what could be the problem? WI tried to turn it off and on to set it up again in the application, but it won't work, I noticed that it doesn't turn off the green diodes.

In app Manual mode, press the Off button, the green still couldn't be turned off?
Slide each RGB channel separately from 0% to 100%, how would each channel work?
Suppose it's a problem of the Bluetooth controller, you can replace it.

When I press OFF in the manual controls, the green light still lights up with the weakest intensity and cannot be turned off. When I gray the controller of each color from 0 to 100 the color intensity works but still does not turn off the green even though it is set to 0%. It adds and boosts other colors, including green, which it boosts, but when it goes back to 0%, it lights up as if it were at about 1%, which it isn't.

You can replace a bluetooth controller.
