My light won’t respond to the app. It has turned green, and won’t either respond to light settings, or turn off with the app. The only way I can turn it off is by unplugging it. After a couple of hours, I tried plugging it in again, and it is still green. Any thoughts?

Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “Off” button, could the green light be turned off?
