Water vapor may also cause that, need to put the light in a full open space.
And water damage no warranty, if it bought like this you can contact the seller.

These products are generally used in glass aquariums for planted aquariums. While there is protection on the front for water vapor, being affected by steam must be an insulation problem. There are enough experts for R&D, that is why it is not under warranty. For this reason, the fact that it is not under warranty is a separate tragedy, the answers are far from satisfactory for me, so we should stop recommending the products.

Waterproof IP43, new light Universal WRGB can be put under a lid, which is IP 67.

WRGB2 may be affected by water vapor on the aquarium and may malfunction. In this case, it will be out of warranty. The aquarium surface must be covered. Problems may also occur due to water vapor present in the room and it is not covered under warranty. I understood correctly, can you confirm?

Only water damage no warranty, other problems we provide replacement parts.

As for water damage issue, as long as you don't put it under a lid, it doesn't fall into water or you don't put water in it the light won't get short circuit.
Water vapor is a small reason but it depends on the space you put the light, if the space above the tank some kind of closed the humidity is high. We didn't receive any feedback of this issue in an open space, just some customers who use the light under a lower ceiling and walls around the tank, so it leads to a closed space for the light.
And inside the light is a waterproof testing paper, only much water can let it turn red.

For your light, it obviously got water damage much, so some led beads burned by water.

In another tank, on a 90 cm WRGB2 aquarium, under the same conditions and without any problems, do you think this is normal? Are some products not controlled sufficiently? It is not fair

You can take photos of the 2 tanks, and you need to make sure the light didn't fall into water and no sudden water drop on the light.
