Chihiros WRGB2 10th Edition

Hello!

Two weeks ago, I bought a Chihiros WRGB2 10th Edition, and I’m having a problem with the firmware update. When I connect to the device, the app notifies me that a new firmware version is available, but when I try to update it, it gets stuck at 1%. Do you have any idea how I can fix this? Do I need to buy anything else?

Device no problem no need to buy extra.
Firmware update is an app issue, update the app version to the latest in App Store or Google Play. If still couldn't be updated, change phone to Android, if cannot help, just ignore the update.
