WRGB Universal 1500 Stays on

I bought a WRGB Universal 1500 and have the problem that the light does not switch off completely and all channels remain switched on at approx. 1% in automatic mode.
Could this be a defect?

Switch to Manual mode, the Off button, could the remain light be turned off?

I tried that and at that moment it goes out but the next day it lights up again.
When I edit the settings, the lamp always turns off again and I have to tap all the colors again, then it turns on again and then off again.
