WRGB II Slim not turning on

I cannot get this device's to turn on. I removed the device from Chirhiros App and added it again (The app recognizes it on a device search). After I added the device, I go in to adjust the light and it is unresponsive. Can someone possibly assist me? Thank you!

Light can be detected and connected by the app, and you can set the settings, right?
Try to use manual mode, slide each RGB channel, light no reaction?
When you plug in the power supply, did the light turn on?

It's the first time to install the light or it worked good before?
What's your order number?
Take a photo of the sppecifications on the back of power adapter.

You use the wrong plug.
