Wrgb 60 bluetooth problem

I have repeatedly stated that the Bluetooth connection is highly unreliable — sometimes it detects the device, sometimes it doesn't. Many times, as soon as it connects and I try to change the colors, it's already disconnected. Other times, even after I’ve set everything up, it simply won’t turn on the next day.


I’ve never seen worse customer support from a company — the level of distrust toward what the customer is reporting is honestly shocking. It's also unacceptable that, while your website is full of product reviews, there’s absolutely no option for me to leave mine. I can only assume the reviews are fake, especially considering the app has terrible ratings on both Google Play and the Apple Store. On top of that, in pretty much every forum I’ve checked, everyone agrees that your products have awful connectivity issues.


I truly regret choosing your brand.
 
As your description - "sometimes it detects the device, sometimes it doesn't" and the BLE Scanner could detect the device ID from your screenshot, so there is no problem of the device. And as long as you set and save well the auto settings, keep power on always, the light could work automatically.
