WRBG2 pro 45cm update stuck 1%

Just got my new WRBG 2 pro 45 CM.

All plugged in and added light to my devices. Was prompted to update firmware. Always stuck at 1% verifying as per attached pic.

- IOS is the latest version.
- chihiros app latest version.
- Restarted the phone and unplugged light for one min, still stuck at 1%.
- Uninstall and reinstalled, stuck at 1%.
- Used my dad’s phone to try to update, stuck at 1%.

Sigh, is it so hard to get a light to work properly considering the price it costs?

Hi Admin, appreciate you responding. I could really need your help and advice on what steps to take next.

I am encountering issues turning on and off and changing Color or brightness, only works 10% of the time after approximately 40 secs to 3mins of wait time. I thought it was because I did not update.

Is my device faulty? I just got it yesterday.
