Wifi Hub

As mentioned in my dm to you, I already use the latest iOS App version of the "My Chihiros" App v.2.6.12.
 
The recent update of the My Chihiros iOS App v2.6.34 resolved the issue and now the Wi-Fi hub did receive a 100% update. Thanks.

Hello, I recently purchased a chihiros B 30. It arrived quickly and I am happy with the lighting. But I have problems with wi fi hub. When I set it to turn on at 4:00pm and turn off at 11:00pm the lights only stay on for 2 hours and turn off. I am using the latest version of the app. I checked for an update on the hub but there is none for it. What is the reason and how can it be solved

I have no idea where to see the firmware version, that's all it shows me. It doesn't show me the version anywhere.

Thank you for your time. I have been using your products for a while now. And I was not clear that the hub is another device, I thought it was called a hub. I solved the problem by changing the time to a longer period. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. And the time zone of Bulgaria is utc/gmt +2 hours

No problem, the Wifi Controller is for you guys to test before we lanuch new products.
Thanks for your feedback, this is very useful for technicians to improve the function.
 
Cooling fan and Dosing pump system are not supported by Wifi Hub, you can check the hub description.
Yep i went to buy the wifi HUB also mistaken ... Gonna return it now.<
I have the dosing pump system, but it is incredible that it is not possible to access it over the hub. Whenever i am out of home, or just a few meters away inside home, i cannot check if dosing pump system is ok. Went to buy to Wifi Hub to solve this issue, to find out that it dosent support dosing pump. Now i have a dosing pump that i cant connect to, and a wifi hub that dosent connect to anything i have ... LOL to me!

We will release a new Wifi Hub 2 Mate later, it can solve most of the current problems and match more devices.

Any way to fix the problem with changes in the time zone? After Winter time change, it is still in previous time zone (one hour before). All the devices work fine with the bluetooth, but I cannot use the WifiHub because it is sync with a difference of one hour...
I saw this is a known issue, but there is no way to solve it? any workaround?

Remove the Wi-Fi hub from the app, log out of the app, clear the cache, and restart the router. Then go back to the app, use Bluetooth to find the hub, and add it again. This works 65% of the time. If it still doesn’t work, set the time forward by one hour, and that’s it.
