Wifi Hub Pro Issue

After long time searching and reviewing, technicians suspected the restarting issue could from local network.
Your Wifi Hub Pro device ID "DYSGTPD55438231252" was bought from Green Aqua Kft.
You can ask the seller to replace one.
You can’t be serious, right? You don’t have it in stock either, not even Green Aqua Ltd. does. That would be quite something. On the other hand, I don’t know what the technicians are seeing, but the fact is, I didn’t have this kind of problem until the new update arrived.

The restarting issue is there from the beginning.
Some users have this issue, some not due to different networks most likely.
For users have the restarting issue, technicians could update firmware to solve, then reviewing for about 3 days checking from background datas. Some restarting issues are solved some like your device restarted 45 times need to try a new one to test.

I've just updated to 145 firmware. Will give you a feedback in the following days.

I've installed the latest version and disabled automatic firmware (145) updates.
I was at work until 4:30 PM today.
So far, everything's fine. No reboot.
I hope it stays that way.
I still turn it off at night.Because if it reboots at night, it's too loud.

unfortunately the miracle didn't last long.
One of the devices restarted.
Too bad.

Now I'm waiting for an update to fix the problem.

If restarting issue persisits you can ask the seller to replace one.
Same here. First day after 145 firmware installed it restarted maybe once. Yesterday it restarted multiple times. I've just recived the second unit (thanks for ultra fast shipment). Will configure it today and let you know if it works OK. Let's hope it will...

We have received the following reply from Chihiros:

"We believe that the issue of the WIFI HUB PRO crashing and repeatedly rebooting is caused by the customer’s home network environment.
Therefore, replacing it with a new device will not resolve the problem. We are actively investigating the root cause and plan to fix it through an OTA update, which will take a few days.
Please kindly inform the customer that we are working hard to resolve this issue."

Please keep an eye on available software and firmware updates, they should fix the problem you are facing with the devices.

You can test your hub when updating.
 
all my 3 pieces wifi hub pro suddenly restart over and over again aftwr update to software 145 ....can please help and actually what happend with this update?

I don't know if anyone has already mentioned this, but I suspect the device restarts when it connects to another device or loses connection to another device.
Has anyone noticed this?

First I thought it was the cable, and it is faulty.
With the Chihiros cable my phone shows the same issue while charging. It keeps restarting all the time.
So I changed the cable but the restarting problem still exists even with other cables.
Can you please help me with this?

Technicians' reply:
The DYSGTPD554382354D7 device has been started 11 times since the 25th. It was upgraded to the latest version 146 at noon today. It seems to be working normally. Let the user use it for a while and we're keep reviewing it.

The point is: today morning the device was down although it was on the charger.
That seems unreliable in combination with the restarts. Saturday evening the device hung up while restarting.

You can test for a while since the firmware it's updated to 146.
