Wifi hub doesnt connect to Wifi

Wifi hub light is green, but in the app there is no wifi connection.
Have tried connecting to wifi 2.4ghz.. it says connected, but then no wifi signal or wifi control.
It only connects over bluetooth.
Have tried deleting the device and resitalling app. Didnt help.
Did reset the router didnt help.
Sometimes comes up with an error .. coudnt connect to iot server.

please reset my wifi hub so that i can connect to the homw wifi

Technicians have solved the "long connection server certificate" problem.
It's back to normal now.

Wifi hub pro received today and will not connect to WiFi or to mobile hot-spot, app recognises device but that's as far as I can get

Got sorted, required uninstall and reinstall of app to get wifi hub to connect!

Great it works!

Make sure update the app version to the latest 2.8.20.
Use the original cable provided.
And make sure the plug use is output 5V2A or above 2A.
