As @Bruno_natura says, this is a problem on Chihiros side, our hubs and apps are still working. What I suspect happened (but could be wrong) is that there was a firmware update just before the Chinese new year began. But it wasn't bug-tested properly before everyone went on holiday. Chinese new year ends next week Feb 12th so we may have to sit tight until then.
