White leds no longer work

Hi, this is already the second Universal Wrgb 1200 ceiling light and after a few days the white LEDs no longer work well and then stop working why? it's not possible!.
Please inform the Italian distributors of this problem with the white LEDs on the Universal WRGB. Thank you

We don't sell that model light, not really sure.
