Wgrb pro red led not working

Hello,my chihiros wgrb2 pro has a problem the red leds are not working anymore.i tried all the collors separately but red doesnt work.is there a solution for this problem?

Please test below:

1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?

2. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:
*Red: Green, Blue and White at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
*Green: Red, Blue and White at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
*Blue: Red, Green and White at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.
*White: Red, Green and Blue at 0%, slide White from 0% to the max.
Only Red cannot work normally?

3. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “All” button, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

4. Unplug the light, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

Is there a paper strip under the acrylic panel?
What's the color?

It could be a problem of the bluetooth controller.
