I just bought a Universal WRGB 800 a few weeks ago. I have understood in the meantime that there is no memory function when there is a power outing without using the app and bluetooth. For my holidays I was thinking to put a classic timer on the chihiros with a manual setting. Will the last manual setting be kept without using the all when the classic timer switches the lights off and on half a day later?

When using an external timer, you need to set the light to manual mode. The manual mode settings will be retained.

No built in battery.So if there is a power outage the lamp is forgeting all the setings?This is unbelievable. A small battery could have been used.
At least with the wifi controller are the settings restored?
Wifi Hub can solve this issue. You can wait the release of Wifi HUb 2 Mate.
