I recently purchased the Chihiros Dosing System and am attempting to set it up for the first time. I was able to register for the app and log in using my email address, but the app fails when attempting to create a new tank. It gets all the way through the process to step 5 but then pressing the complete button doesn't do anything.
This occurs regardless of whether I attempt to create a tank from the tank page or from the device setup process when attempting to add the dosing system to the app.
Without being able to add a tank to select when adding a device, the app won't actually allow me to add the dosing system so I'm unable to set it up and use it.
Can you please assist?
