i have WRGB pro 120, recently i could connect with the device as the app can not locate the device, i ordered a new remote controller but app still can locate my device what can i do next
 
App couldn't detect the light?
What do you mean remote controller, the bluetooth controller?
Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flickering?
 
i replaced both the power adapter and the bluetooth controller, power adaptor green indicator is on all the time. but app still can not find the device. I have also a vivid and no problem

Tried to send photo of SN code of Bluetooth controller but keep saying too large file (3.14 MB).my new blue tooth controller SN:8835166638. My old one does not have show any SN code on the device
 
No device found by the BLE Scanner is impossible, make sure open bluetooth, it could find everything in your home with bluetooth connection.
As for the new bluetooth controller, in the front side there is a small hole, plug it in and see if there is a blue indicator light, is it stable or flashing?

Blue indicator light is stable
 
There is a stable blue indicator light, the bluetooth controller has no problem.
This is the light found by BLE, so light has no problem.

Confirm again you have opened all the permissions in the app My Chihiros. Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service.
 
Can you tell me what is the problem
Signal or permissions issue.

Make sure install the latest version My Chihiros app, open all the permissions. Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service.
Remove any metal items around the light and cables which could block signal.

Or try to plug out the power supply for a period then plug back in to search.
Or restart the phone or change a phone to search in the app.
 
My app version is 1.8.34. I have a vivid and is working on the app. There is no metal around my fish tank , I have not changed anything to my aquarium since RGB pro. I have tried plug and unplug power supply. I have tried restarting the phone. Nothing seems to work. Please help.
 
New app version 2.7.47, you can reinstall the latest version.
Plug out the light for a period of time, plug back in to search again.
 
How do you update the version? I tried Samsung play store but it is still the original version
 
I tried Google Play store and no success. Do I have to uninstall the original app then install new app? Will it erase my previous settings
