3. Download an app BLE Scanner to search all the devices and record a screen video of all the devices it found in Scanner page.
Blue indicator light is stableNo device found by the BLE Scanner is impossible, make sure open bluetooth, it could find everything in your home with bluetooth connection.
As for the new bluetooth controller, in the front side there is a small hole, plug it in and see if there is a blue indicator light, is it stable or flashing?
