Stuck green light in my Chihiros WRGB II 60cm

Hi
i got WRGB II 60 cm (few of those - really happy with them)
one is stuck on low green light that i cant turn off, cant reset and cant load any program.
when i load a program it will work regular but when need to be dark it will stay green...!
its green 24/7
only goes of if i close the power...
is it fixable?
the lamp is 3 .5 years in use.... never fell or any miss use... just started one day \

Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
Switch to Manual mode, press the Off button, could the green light be turned off?
Take a screenshot in the app of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.
Plug out the light, take a clear photo of the white whole led beads panel.
