Chihiros WRGB II Slim 45cm or 60cm

Hi. I'm planning on setting up a Dutch style aquascape in my 60cm tank. The tank is 60cm×45cm×45cm. I've got a tight budget. I'm planning on buying the Chihiros WRGB II slim 45cm, the 60cm one seem a bit expensive. I was wondering if this would be enough for my 60cm tank. I'm planning on replicating an aquascape i saw online. It seems a bit hard but I'm gonna give it a try (I've attached the pic below) . I was also suggested the C II model. Pls help me out. Thanks in advance

For a 60cm×45cm×45cm tank, we recommend WRGB II Slim 60.
45 light is not enough for the 60 length if you plant in both sides.
