Second hand purchase A II Max - i cannot connect to lamp

I bought A II MAX lamp as a second hand and I cannot connect it to my phone. Is it possible to reset it somehow. I have long distance to seller .

Totally close the app from phone backend, open it again to refresh, search and connect.
