thank you. unfortunately, my problem continues:
the system asks me to enter a new password.
Whatever I write, it answers "wrong password". ????
(Reason might be that this WRGB was previously registered in the Chihiros App under a different e-mail account).
Can you completely reset it, without a password request?
I need to regain control over the light!

We have already deleted the password. No connection password.
You need to totally close the app from phone backend, then open the app to refresh.
