Problems with Commander 1

Dears,

After the last updated, suggested by the app, the Commander 1 cant not be connect with my C361. The device not show in the app.

I try to unplugged for few minutes but not solve...

In my phone is on GPS, Bluetooth and Local Service. I see the "Dfutarg" but i can't to connect.

Anything else i have to do?

Download an app nRF Connect, scan all the devices and take screenshots of the Scanner page

It may not update the firmware well.
What's the light model and size?
What's the firmware version now? You can take Device information page.

Technicians will upload a upgrade for you.

Is the Chihiros C361.
I can't see the actual firmware version on the my chihiros app.

You didn't update the firmware successfully.

Below attached a zip document, you can download and save it to your phone firstly.
Then follow steps 1,2,3,4. The "DYNFAN-UPDATE.zip" in step 4 is the document you saved "DYcomupdta".
