Hello !
I have a problem with commander 1
The smartphone “sees” the commander as DYCOMF6DD2F219314
But when I try to connect to it, the smartphone shows that “DYCOMF6DD2F219314 does not allow pairing”
The "My chihiros" application does not “see” my commander 1 anymore.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Make sure do not let the phone connect the device, otherwise app cannot connect the device. Next you can open bluetooth, GPS(Android) and Location Service to search it in the app again. If not work you can download an app nRF Connect to scan all the device and take screenshots of the Scanner page.

Hello!
Bluetooth and GPS are enabled.
The "My chihiros" application also does not detect the device
I am attaching a screenshot from the nRF application

The signal is fine. Did you open Location Service for the app? Need to open 3 permissions: Bluetooth, GPS(Android) and Location Service. Or is there any metal items around the commander or the light? It will block signal.

Or you can inform your login email of the app, technicians will check the datas. You can start a conversation if it's private.

Hello !
All permissions are granted (BT, GPS, location).
The device does not connect equally both from a distance of a meter and almost at point-blank range (several centimeters).
I sent the data (login).
But suppose that maybe I have the same problem as in this topic?

No it's not the same problem, yours can see the device ID number in nRF Connect. Check private conversation.

I did everything as you wrote to me in private messages.
Now the commander is working.
Many thanks to you and your Technical specialists!

Hello! I have a new B series B60, I attempted to follow the steps here but I am still at a loss. The app will not find the commander box. I really need some assistance!

Did you make sure open Bluetooth, GPS(for Android) and Location Service? You use the Bluetooth controller commander 1 or the wifi controller?

I did, and actually after leaving it off and unplugged for 10 minutes, restarting my phone, and turning the light back on, it solved the problem. I have the bluetooth commander controller, and once it connected it updated and it working great.
