Problem when WiFi Hub connects with Wrgb II 10 th anniversary edition

When the light is connected to my WiFi Hub there is a problem : my light turns on automatically even though it is supposed to be turned off (also in my app the three colors seem to stay at zero - meaning that it’s turned off - but this is not the case)
On the contrary when I connect directly the light via Bluetooth there isn’t a problem like the one mentioned above.
Im waiting for your advice/solution and thank you in advance.
 
I followed your advice but the problem still remains . When my light is connected via WiFi hub it doesn’t fade and turn off like it supposed to do based on my settings .
I think that the problem appears to be in the WiFi Hub, which doesn’t cooperate correctly with the light ( when connected via Bluetooth the light works perfectly fine and follows my schedule ).
i think that the problem isn’t caused by the connection in general, as the WiFi hub connects properly in my home’s router and also in my light but the WiFi hub doesn’t seem to transmit the settings properly to the light.

What's your time zone?
Take a screenshot of the Device Information page which incudes device ID NO and Firmware Version.
 
Hello administrator i did that you said me and the results is that:
Properly the light turns on slowly -1 hour ramp -at sunrise( on time ) but it doesn’t turn off at the sunset ( in the app it appears that the light slowly turns off respectively also the numbers of intensity shows down gradually -1 hour ramp like sunrise -but in fact the intensity of light remains stable and never turns off )
What do you think about that ?

My schedule was and it is currently : 9:30 (start of sunrise) to 22:00 ( the sunset begins at 21:00 ) with 1 hour ramp for both
Via Bluetooth everything is ok
super fine !
when the light is connected to WiFi hub the light turns on properly and gradually on time (9:30) at the morning but at the night the effect of sunset never begins and the light remains on…

Technicians reviewed your settings and said there is no problem of the settings. They said "There are many reasons for the problem, network reasons, Bluetooth connection reasons, etc. Need time to check. Suggest changing a network for the hub like mobile data, mobile hotspot"
