NOVA 1 - Settings

I have a Nova 1 model light fixture. It is presenting the following issue: I set the lighting to turn on and off at specific times, but in addition to the scheduled times I configured, the light turns on by itself during the night. I’ve already deleted the settings, but nothing works. It always turns on at the same time during the early night hours. It seems that there is some configuration that the fixture is not forgetting, even after unplugging it. How can I resolve this issue?

Do you use smart plug?
Did you cut off power?
Was there a power outage?

If yes app time and app settings could be messed up. Need to enter app to reconnect light to synchronize.

he answer is no to all the questions. When I delete the Light’s settings, remove it from the app, reinstall the app, and try to reconfigure it, the Light already appears with a pre-set schedule to turn on and off… and that’s the problem… because it keeps turning on according to this pre-set schedule, even after I add a different time.
