today suddenly my chihiros wrgb 800 lamp bought in september in italy stopped working. i tried to delete the device from the app, i tried to search for the device again on the net but it doesn't find it anymore. i also restarted my phone and unplugged the power supply of the light but no result. the light on the power supply is green fixed.

Did you make sure open bluetooth, GPS and Location Service?
If yes, download an app BLE Scanner to search the signal. Take screenshots or record video of the devices it found in Scanner page.
