Magnetic Stirrer Time Setting

I recently purchased the Chihiros Magnetic Stirrers, my only issue with them is the schedule doesn't seem to have a time zone setting so they do not run when intended.

Today I was around the tank when they stirred, the time was around 10:33am, but they are set to run at 7:56am, just before the dosing pump runs. Obviously I could just offset the times to make it work, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

Was there a sudden power outage?

I used the supplied power adapter, not sure what you mean by smart plug.
There was a power outage. Does losing power reset the time until I bluetooth connect to it with my phone?

Yes power outage is the issue.
Need to keep power on always so app could sync app time and settings.
Did you install the battery in the Magnetic Stirrer? CR2032.

I do not remember if I installed a battery in the Magnetic Stirrer. I will check on that

OK, I have installed the battery and added a stir time for when I was home and it did run at the correct time. Thanks for your help!
