Light settings for WRGB 2 Pro 90

I have a WRGB 2 Pro 90 and my tank is 100x40x50cm
The tank is now running for 3 months or 4

There are lots of plants including red ones and carpet (monte carlo). Please note that I’m using CO2 and dosing liquid fertilizers.

What’s the recommended settings?

W: around 60%
R: around 65%
G: around 55%
B: around 40%

What about the duration because I'm settingit right now for 8 Hrs?
About the intensity, should I increase anything in the following weeks? Or keep it as it is?

Also,regarding the ramp, I’m putting it on 0.5 hrs.
