I have 4 Chihiros WRGB Slim LED lights. Why do I keep losing connection on them? Unfortunately, I cannot operate the lights through the app if the connection is lost. It’s not my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, as they don’t all lose connection at the same time. One is not connected now, and I cannot figure out why, or how to reconnect through the app. All it says is Connection Lost. I am almost to the point of regretting my costly purchase.
