I can't connect my IOS app to any of my 3 tanks (two DYCRGB, one A2 Max). I keep getting the "Lost connection, please try again" message.
I've tried everything: downloading the app again, unplug and plug again the lights, to no avail. The app does NOT detect the lights.

Totally close the app from phone backend.
Try to restart your phone to connect again.
 
If no help, technicians need the login email of the app and your phone brand and system version.
