How to make new bluetooth connection to a WRGBII module?

I cannot see it during discovery.
It has been connected to my phone before, but that is not available.
Should I reset the module? If so, how?

Do not enter mobile bluetooth page to connect the device.
If you connect it, disconnect firstly.
Then make sure open Bluetooth, GPS(for Android) and Location Service, search it in the app My Chihiros.
