Flickering when light turns on

So I've got a wrgb1200, and for the last few weeks it starts to blink at the time its supposed to turn on.
Doesn't matter if I've got a ramp time on it or not, it just keeps blinking.
Sometimes it stops after half an hour but it kept on going today so I can't use my light right now.

So my question is, how do i resolve that issue

1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “Off” button, could the green light be turned off?

The light is just stable green, and the manual mode has been turned off. It's still flashing the same

And when i turn of the manual mode it still keeps being stable green, nothing changed there
