Since updating the firmware on my light 2 days ago my light will not appear on the Bluetooth set up. I have tried allowing locations, switching phones everything. I am convinced the commander is not working properly. Can you please give me a quick solution as my plants need the light…. This is the only screen I get below. The green light on the power bar is solid and not flashing. Not sure what the next steps are here.

Update when we removed the commander the light turns on but you cannot control it. Is the commander damaged? Let me know what to do next

B 120, firmware never finished. Then afterwards the light will not work. After trouble shooting with no commander it does work. It is a commander 1
Could you please assist with a firmware recovery or send a replacement controller? I believe the update caused the failure.

During firmware update, canot do anything in the app, otherwise it could fail.
Provide an email, we'll send your firmware to manually update.

i do have the same problem the update failed and cannot detect the device after but i can see it on the nRF scanner. My device is Chihiros B90
i scanned in nRF see it as DfuTarg

I have a Chihiros Commander 1 Bluetooth controller for my B Series 120 light.
During the firmware update in the My Chihiros app (Android), the update failed.
Now my phone detects the device as “DfuTarg”, but it no longer appears in the My Chihiros app.
It seems the controller is stuck in DFU mode.
Could you please send me the correct recovery firmware and instructions to restore it?
