Delete the light from Device List page, unplug it for a few min then plug it back in to search and connect.
Make sure open all permissions and remove any metal items around the light and cables which could block signal.

BLE Scanner or nRF Connect couldn't find no device, there could be other bluetooth devices in your home.
Make sure you opened all the permissions.
Reinstall the app or restart your phone to try again.
