Failed to Connect WRGB 2 SLIM

Hello, i've tried to re connect my wrgb 2 slim but the devices is always not found, is there any solution?

Delete the light from Device List page, unplug it for a few min then plug it back in to search and connect.
Make sure open all permissions and remove any metal items around the light and cables which could block signal.

still not working, i've try NRF connect but cannot find the devices

Both BLE Scanner & NRF Scanner can't find the device

BLE Scanner or nRF Connect couldn't find no device, there could be other bluetooth devices in your home.
Make sure you opened all the permissions.
Reinstall the app or restart your phone to try again.

If no help, technicians need the login email of the app and your phone brand and system version.

Totally close the My Chihiros app from phone backend, then open BLE Scanner to search.
