Dosing pump schedule does not work consistently

Hi,

I have set my dosing pump to dose daily at a specific time. But I see that some days the pump does not run and so dosing gets missed. I have put a battery to the doser to ensure settings are stored. I have also enabled the option "missed dose compensation" to check if it helps. But this did not help either.
Even if battery is installed does the setting get reset for the day if the power goes off. (anytime). Because of this issue the product is pretty much become useless.

Hi

I was observing the issue for the past 2 days, I suspect the doses is not retaining the schedules in memory when there is a power cut, though battery is provided. Looks like I have a defective one. Can you help in anyway to resolve this.. I can’t use this dower if it’s not reliable and consistent..
 
Screen shot attached. Tried activating 2 heads to check if issue was with a particular head. But same issue. Hope this helps.

As requested battery screen shot. It shows 100%. The issue is sporadic.

Was this issue ever resolved? I'm having the exact same problem. The scheduling is not working at all.
 
Hi, what’s your settings? You checked the container that it didn’t dose yesterday?
Hi, my settings are to dose a single 2ml dose at 13:00 every Tue, Thu and Sat.

I've been waiting by my tank and 13:00 on those days but it doesn't dose.

When I checked the app at 06:00 on Saturday morning it said that it had already dosed even though the time was set for 13:00. So it looks like it is dosing at the wrong time. Is there a way to fix that?

1. From the bottle volume you saw it was dosed?
2. Last Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday it didn’t dose?
3. Was there a power outage?
4. Did you install battery and open missed dose compensation button?
 
1. I didn't actually check that. Will check this Tuesday and let you know

One of three channels does not respond to the time.
The pump starts when dosing manually.
Battery is installed and there was no power outage.

Take screenshots of your 4 dosing settings.
Take screenshots of the Settings tab, that is the email account page.
