Dosing pump not working as per schedule

Dosing pump doesn't dispense. Although the dose is set above 0.2 ml it keeps showing an error message that program cannot run for dose below 0.2ml everytime I check or change the dosing quantity.

I am using single dosing schedule on selective days of the week.

Is there a way to check dosing history? Will help to know if it has dosed at some other time. Kindly help.

Yes the schedules are active. Still doesn't dispense.

You can recalibrate to set new settings.
If still not work, record a screenvideo of how you set the settings for technicians to check.
