Dosing pump schedule does not work consistently

Hi,

I have set my dosing pump to dose daily at a specific time. But I see that some days the pump does not run and so dosing gets missed. I have put a battery to the doser to ensure settings are stored. I have also enabled the option "missed dose compensation" to check if it helps. But this did not help either.
Even if battery is installed does the setting get reset for the day if the power goes off. (anytime). Because of this issue the product is pretty much become useless.

My battery doesn't have a mark on the side like the one on the picture you sent.

I have the same problem. The RTC battery is properly seated but pump 2 doesn't work. The timer never triggers it. Manual dosing works fine so the pump itself works. I already reset the pump and then the time triggered once or twice only.

Check if you opened the "Missed dose compensation" button.
Try to recalibrate that channel and reset the setting.
