Dosing pump schedule does not work consistently

Hi,

I have set my dosing pump to dose daily at a specific time. But I see that some days the pump does not run and so dosing gets missed. I have put a battery to the doser to ensure settings are stored. I have also enabled the option "missed dose compensation" to check if it helps. But this did not help either.
Even if battery is installed does the setting get reset for the day if the power goes off. (anytime). Because of this issue the product is pretty much become useless.

correct, channel 4 is not used.

Channel 1 Doses correctly every day at 8am

Channel 2 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7.40am.

Channel 3 every day at 7:50.

This morning was fine so far.

Yesterday Chanel 1 and 3 dosed at the same time at 8am.

Everything worked fine for a week and then the pump did something.

What about today, channel 1 and 3 worked normally?
Technicians said you can keep looking if there is still the problem let us know.

On Monday morning everything was ok.
From my report on February 23, 2024 everything went correctly until Sunday on March 3. At 8 a.m., channels 1 and 3 were running at the same time.

Monday March 4th channels 1 and 3 were working correctly.

I think I got the gold version :)

If it happens again you can let us know technicians will check again.
 
My set arrived without measuring cilinder.
Installed the pump yesterday and set everything up in the app. From Today the schedule is in effect but the pump didn’t run at the scheduled time.
This doesn’t give me much confidence in the product unfortunately.

What's your order number?
The measuring cylinder is hidden in the box you can check it clearly.

Did you put the battery well? Was there a sudden power outage?
Did you calibrate well?
What's your settings? You can take screenshots of the Device Settings page and More Device Info page.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked yesterday and today but the pump has not dosed. Looks like it’s broke and i need a replacement.
