Only if there is the "DfuTarg” in the nRF Connect app, that's the firmware update problem. In your screenshots there is no that ID. Make sure allow all permissions to use the My Chihiros app.

Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
