dosing pump and bluetooth

Hi i can not connect my dosing pump to bluetooth on my ios phone

i know with other products you guys sell bluetooth adapters i thought you didnt need it for this. In my location settings there is nothing to turn it on or off, does it work with ios?

Did you make sure open Bluetooth and Location Service?
Press the top right white triangle button to see if the "DYDOSED08C0D52AE17" could be found again.

no it doesnt show up anymore, it doesnt show up on android either now can i get a replacement I bought the warrenty as well

Where and when did you buy it?
You can ask the seller to replace a cable to try.
