dosing pump and bluetooth

Hi i can not connect my dosing pump to bluetooth on my ios phone

Did you open all the permissions like Bluetooth and Location Service?
Is there a tiny green indicator light on the power adapter? Is it stable or flashing?
Is there a flashing blue indicator light on the back of the pump?

the light is solid green and there is no blue light on the back, My services are on

Re-insert the DC cable to the pump firmly see if it coulde be detected.



Take a photo of the SN code on the pump.

What bluetooth adapter? Battery you can install or not, it doesn't matter.
