Doctor III Bluetooth charging problem

Hi all,
few months ago i bought Doctor III bluetooth version. Everything worked fine until last week.

Since then, the device has been inoperable. I suspect a fault on control unit. When plugging the power cord into the control unit, the LED in the power supply starts blinking green. The LED on the control unit is not lit nor the device can be traced via bluetooth. The moment I disconnect the charging cable from the control unit, the LED is a constant green.

Any idea how to get the device to work?

Try to Unplug and plug in the mesh reactor cable, keep inserting the doctor unit to the power adapter, see if the indicator on the power adapter is stable or flickering.
