Hello
I bought a Chihiros Z Light from you and I can't connect it to the app. I downloaded the application via QR code, but it is impossible to register in it and receive the code by email.

the second problem is the Chihiros C-Serie C 251, I bought it along with a set from DENNERLE, the mychihirios application also does not see it

Hi, bought from where? If from our online store what's the order number?
 
As for the C251, download the app My Chihiros from App Store or Google Play, make sure open Bluetooth, GPS(for Android) and Location Service, next search it in the app. And need to have a controller Commander 1 then you can connect it in the app with bluetooth.
 
As for the Z light, seen from the controller QR code, it's our domestic brand, cannot use the app My Chihiros.

That version you bought from is our domestic version, can only support register in China, you can go to the store you bought from to change one.
