Chihirros Vivid 2 10th Anniversary Edition, Green LED faulty?

Hello Everyone,

i had my vivid 2 year plus just recently the green color not working, blue and red work like charm. I had test each color individually and confirm green not working at all. Any advise? is it common issue for this light?

If in Manual mode, test each RGB channel separately, only green channel couldn't work properly, it's a problem of the Bluetooth module.
Remove the top central cover, use dry brush or cloth or a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust, see if it could help.
If no help, the inside modules got short circuit by dust damage, need to replace both the PCB and Bluetooth modules.
