My green light in my chihiros vivid 2 is not working. How to solve thing kind of problem? Only red and blue are working..

Use manual mode, adjust red and blue to 0%, slide green from 0%-100%, light no reaction?
Same way red and blue works normally?
If yes, the PCB Module got short circuit by water or dust, you can replace one.
