Chihiros wrgb2 10th edition not turning on despite being connected via bluetooth

I just tried to turn on my chihiros light for the first time in weeks and despite it connecting to the app via bluetooth, the light refuses to be responsive via the manual controls or any attempts to get the light switched on

Light could be connected via bluetooth connection in the app, right?
Switch to manual mode, slide channels, light has no reaction?

If yes please take a screenshot in the app of the Device Infomation page which includes device ID number and Firmware version.
And better to provide a video of the problem you mentioned.
