Chihiros Vivid 2

Hello.

I have Chihiros Vivid 2 and after turning off the console, the light remains faintly glowing red, and when it is unplugged from the outlet it stops glowing.
I posted two photos — one was taken at night when the light is off and it’s noticeable, while during the day it’s barely visible.

What could be the problem?

In the app switch to Manual mode, press the Off button, see if the red color could be turned off.

Nothing happened. So what could be the problem then?
