My Chihiros Vivid 2 randomly doesn’t allow me to connect to it via the app until after I have unplugged the light and plugged it back in
I have an iPhone on the latest iOS and the light is on the latest firmware.
To confirm there have been no power cuts etc. it just stops connecting and the Bluetooth icon goes grey. As soon as it’s restarted it goes back to blue and I can use the app.
I am due to go on holiday for 2 weeks and am very worried about this ! Please help. What could this be ?
