I have a Doctor Mate device firmware 2. I am not able to connect the device by bluetooth to my mobile Xiaomi 12T pro. The divice is visible in the bluetooth divice list as "saved" but it doesn't connect. I have tried resets, plug in and out, restarts, etc. Any ideas?

If the device could be detected by your phone or nRF Connect, it's an permission issue of the app My Chihiros.
Check again to see if you allowed all permissions: Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service.
